2. Bookings and Appointments

Customers can book services via our website, phone, or in person. Appointments are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. A confirmation email or text will be sent after the booking is completed.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We have a strict cancellation/no-show policy. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel your service. Cancellations made after this time will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. We reserve the right to refuse future service to customers who repeatedly cancel or miss appointments.

Group Cancellations/No-Shows: For groups of three or more, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made after this time will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost. Groups that do not show up without prior cancellation will be charged 100% for all services booked.

4. Late Arrivals

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reduce your service time or require rescheduling. Full service charges may apply.

5. Payments and Pricing

We accept all major credit cards, and payments must be made at the time of service. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any promotions or discounts must be applied at the time of booking.

6. Health and Safety

Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to receiving services. 7. Gift Cards and Discounts

Gift cards and discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Expiry dates apply as stated on the card or promotion.
