Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled, licensed Nail Technician to join our team at Posh Paint Nails. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality nail care services, excellent customer experiences, and embracing our eco-friendly, ethical beauty ethos. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of high-quality nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Provide detailed nail care treatments such as cuticle grooming and nail shaping.
- Experience in the application of gel polish is a must.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Promote and upsell additional services and member packages.
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service by understanding clients’ preferences and creating a welcoming experience.
- Follow salon protocols and exhibit a professional, friendly demeanor during all client interactions.
- Assist with salon operations when needed, including monitoring cleanliness and product stocking.
Qualifications
- Licensed Nail Technician in Colorado.
- Must have reliable weekday and/or weekend availability
- Proficiency in various nail techniques, including gel polish, and traditional manicure/pedicure services.
- Ability to perform nail art is a plus.
- Experience in the application of Gel X and Builder Gel is a plus.
- Knowledge of color theory and design for creative nail services is a bonus.
- Passion for using eco-friendly, non-toxic, vegan, and cruelty-free products.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to contribute to the growth and success of the salon.
- An existing book of business is welcomed but not mandatory.
